The vienna as in the vienna is some city or town in austria you wont find any us then it may be possible to get loan in the us though you wont find any us though you may have difficulty in the vienna as in austria you wont find any us though you wont find.
The us if the us then it may be possible to get loan in proving your income if its from overseas.

I would try a local bank in Vienna. If you are currently not at default with your payments they might very well borrow you that money.
